"Stefan, who is raising his glass with me, is the man by my side - only on the raised hide we are sitting separately: 'Double opportunities', he is used to say! In addition, as 'technical director' he is also essential for the Wallnerwirt. His experience and skills are responsible for the great taste of our game - "Waidmannsheil" would not be enough, the venison also has to be well prepared for the kitchen.

Katrin, who's pouring wine in the picture, is my older daughter. She is working as a food technologist and biotechnician - she is our marketing lady and, if her main job allows, she's the "Wallnerwirt-firewoman", everywhere where she is needed - prefering the kitchen of course.

Elena, my younger daughter, is our Italian ace and when you're in party mood, she is the one - not that you misunderstand me now, but she's the last to go to bed in the evening and responsible for events and celebrations at the Wallnerwirt. Besides, she works in the front - at the reception."
